Terravi DPS · Harrogate 2026

We are building European made‑to‑order production for digitally printed flooring.

Terravi prints SPC décors at 600 dpi, in register with the embossing, on a line in Belgium. Every plank is printed individually, so a run can be a single room or a full project.

01
The supply problem

European buyers of SPC flooring depend on Asian production, and that dependence sets the commercial terms.

Minimums are set by the container
Order quantities follow what fills a container, not what a market absorbs. Two colours of one décor can be a year of stock.
Ten to fourteen weeks, before freight
Production slots, sailings and customs each add their own delay, and none of them sit with the company that has to sell the goods.
The inventory risk sits with the buyer
Minimums push capital into the warehouse, in décors chosen months before anyone knew how the season would run.
Recourse ends at the water
When a delivery does not match the approved sample, the line is 8,000 kilometres and one jurisdiction away.
The catalogue is open to everyone
The same décors are available to the distributor in the next town. Where the range is identical, only price is left.

None of this is a service failure. It follows from where the product is made and how far it travels.

02
What we are building

A production line in Belgium that prints flooring décors to order, from 100 m² upward, on nearshore SPC.

Any design
Any design, any quantity
Décors are printed digitally at 600 dpi, in register with the embossing. Every plank is printed individually, which is what makes a single room possible alongside a full project.
European production
European production, Belgian accountability
The line runs in Belgium under EU standards. No import duties, no freight exposure, and one contact who answers for the result in the same jurisdiction as the claim.
Days, not weeks
Days, not weeks
Orders are printed and shipped from Belgium, so a range can follow a trend instead of arriving three months behind it.
Exclusive décors
Décors your competitors cannot order
A décor developed with a partner stays with that partner. It is not added to a catalogue and not sold twice in the same territory.
No stock risk
Sample books in, finished goods out
Partners hold sample books instead of pallets. Production starts when the order is placed, so no capital sits in décors that did not move.

The line is in build. We are not showing the product yet, and the first décors go to selected partners first.

Two ways to stay involved.

Apply as a launch partner

We will select a small number of launch partners per territory. Tell us your market and what exclusivity would mean for your business. Every application is answered.
